Eating McDonald’s more than two times a week will increase your risk of getting Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity by 70 percent. A 270-pound man named Caesar Barber sued McDonald’s after developing diabetes and suffering a heart attack due to eating there five times a week. All you need to do is watch Mogan Spurlock’s film, Supersize Me, to be grossed out by his 25-pound weight gain after a 30-day McDonald’s-only diet. Not to mention the affect on his psychological well-being. Spurlock’s health had badly deteriorated to the point that his physician warned him to stop the experiment or he’d be putting his life in grave danger.
