President Herbert Hoover has faced criticism for his inaction during the Great Depression, but he accomplished many things, including this executive order from 1931.

What exactly did it accomplish? It was an executive order about — what else? — executive orders. Hoover declared requirements for future executive orders, such as punctuation, capitalization, the size of the paper, and even the margins (2 inches from the left).
