Homemade Furminator

Let’s be honest, pet hair is … pervasive. If you’ve got a long-haired dog or cat, you know the struggle of finding every surface in your home covered in copious amounts of fur. There are gloves, and combs, and brushes, and even machines all designed to help you tamp down the fur plaguing your decor. But many of them are very expensive, and others are not getting within a foot of your pet without the claws coming out.
Grab a cleaning mitt and your hot glue gun, and make your own. Lay the mitt out flat, cover it in sizable glue dots, and once it’s dry, put it on. Pet your animals as you normally would, and the dots on the glove will catch stray hairs. You can easily peel the clumps of fur off and toss them in the trash. Boom!
