Another actress who rocks short hair so elegantly is Glenn Close. For as long as we can remember, the Emmy-, Tony-, and Golden Globe-winning actress has opted for short styles, ranging from bobs to curls and pixies. At the 2013 New York Film Critics Circle Awards, Glenn went for this classic blonde bob, which we think is always a great choice if you want a low-key yet chic look.
Now in her early 70s, the Wife actress is as energetic and as radiant as ever. In an interview with Today in October 2018, though, she revealed that she has a fuss-free approach to beauty. “I don’t like long routine. Personal maintenance has always been, to me, very boring. That’s why I have short hair.”
If low maintenance can look this good, we’re all for it!
