Chili’s was once almost synonymous with baby back ribs. Its catchy commercials make it difficult to forget that the restaurant serves up this particular menu item. However, in recent years, Chili’s has faced challenges from declining sales, especially from millennials.
In 2017, the company’s stock plummeted by 40%. Since then, Chili’s has tried to revamp its menu and clean up the look of its restaurants from its cluttered decor to a more modern look, including more open seating.
