The celebrity blogger decided to take after the people he covers, changing his eating habits and hitting the gym. (In the photo to the right, he’s seen taking part in a Zumba class.) He gradually increased his gym workload until he was in there seven days a week.
In 2010, the columnist even incorporated his new healthy lifestyle into his professional life, creating the website FitPerez.com. The site is “focused on fitness, health, and wellness.”
