Valuable Vinyl Records That May Be Hiding in Your Attic

Depeche Mode – ‘Music for the Masses’

80s New Wave and Synthpop aficionados consider Depeche Mode’s 1987 album Music for the Masses one of the band’s deepest records, making it a crown jewel in many New Wave collections. However, those looking for the ultimate collectible copy should seek out one of the few known to exist with the pictured original megaphone cover, as opposed to the well known “speaker in the desert” cover. Of course, they have to be prepared to pay over $4,500.
